Associate, Real Estate
Geoff joined Bailard in 2017. In his current role as an Associate on the real estate team, Geoff’s responsibilities include supporting the team with asset management and acquisition duties. Prior to Bailard, he worked at CBRE in San Francisco on the Valuation and Advisory team where he assisted in appraisals, feasibility studies and due diligence consulting for institutional grade commercial real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area. His other prior real estate experience included research and property management. Geoff is an active member of the Urban Land Institute. He received a BA from the University of Arizona. In Geoff’s free time, he enjoys traveling, hiking, Bay Area and PAC-12 sports, and is a regular volunteer with groups such as Habitat for Humanity.
